These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Xnap Creative platform, your music, and any related services provided by Xnap Creative (“Xnap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You grant Xnap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, distribute, modify, translate, publish, reproduce, and create derivative works of Your Content in connection with our services. You also grant Xnap the right to use Your Content for marketing and promotional purposes.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, invasive of privacy, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe any intellectual property rights of Xnap or any third party.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or any other user’s enjoyment of our services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
  • Sell or exploit any of our services commercially.

XNAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold Xnap harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India.

  • You agree to indemnify Xnap for any losses or damages arising out of your use of the Xnap

  • Xnap is not liable for any errors or omissions on the Xnap Creative website or app

9. Ownership:

  • All of the content on the Xnap Creative is owned by Ashwin Anand
  • You are not allowed to copy or distribute any of the content without Xnap’s permission

10. Modification of Terms & Conditions:

  • Xnap can change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice
  • Your continued use of the Xnap Creatives after changes are made means that you agree to the changes
