Big Tree Entertainments learns the lesson, “Real Shall Prevail.”

An individual named, Ashwin, a college professor, school teacher, founder of Xnap Creative®, rapper, composer, director, and ethical practice advocate was falsely accused by Big Tree Entertainment, you know, the the ones who own the monopolistic BookMyShow, whose COO, Anil Makhija holds back 1,20,000 tickets for Coldplay for high network individuals, actors, for scalping tickets. The same ones with the useless CEO, Ashish Hemrajani, kisser of black currency, the handsome devil who looks at the mirror and goes, “Woot! who gonna scam the general public today? I am, me.” Instead of showing up at the court for a bloody court hearing.

And we thought,

“Ushooo! The pot really do be calling the kettle black.”

But as our law-abiding, badass founder said,

“This kettle be white on the inside, only dark on the skin.”

Here’s what he had to say about the Coldplay Ticket Scandal, of course he had to be polite.

So, he said,

I would like to address the recent discussions surrounding my bulk purchase of Coldplay concert tickets. Yeah, there isn’t such a thing, unless they change the venue to Buddh International Circuit, Noida, it’ll give the band enough time to rest, and the whole crowd of India can join their celebration of having got their infinity tickets sold on the 22nd of November. I should’ve worded it better. But all I can say is, I took the time to stand in line and book some tickets on that horrible website BookMyShow. And I got you your tickets, and this is the thank you I get?! Great job. Y’all don’t deserve to go for the Spheres if you think that I scammed you. I’m not even talking about the sad spheres Chris Martin and band made. I’m talking about the ones upstairs, the sounds the planets make when they’re perfectly in-line with the cosmos.

When I read the defamatory statements on The Indian Express, Outlook Business, Times of India, CNBC TV18 I was shocked. Bro, I filed the complaint. I showed the world how BookMyShow is directly involved in the scalping network. But Banaswadi station kept my case for two days to say it’s Ramamurthy Nagar’s headache. And the Sub-Inspector there spoke to Achala, my High-Court Lawyer friend, and told her that they didn’t file the FIR to win the competition amongst police stations to say that their neighborhood has zero crimes, when we fans get scammed in broad daylight by Ashish. I shall clarify my intentions and actions to the DGP of Cyber Crime, Bengaluru.

I listed tickets for the Coldplay concert with the goal of providing a unique experience for my friends and colleagues, loyal fans, netzens, some of whom are going for the first concert in their lifetime.

And obviously, being from the industry, I was aware of the high demand for tickets and the potential for scalping. But I pity the fool that would make money doing that because, we’re cracking down, and cracking down hard.

But as usual, they think I shall throw money on the problem, and take it back from the real culprits, Big Tree Entertainment, BookMyShow, to ensure that my friends and colleagues have a fair opportunity to attend the concert. So, hook or crook, there’s no such thing as halfway crooks. I purchased tickets at face value and sold them at a lower price to evade and avoid contributing to the black market. I shall recover this money as a fine from BookMyShow for not recording who the plus two, three, and four were on each sale. Which unfortunately for you are me, my friends, family, and colleagues who shall attend the Coldplay concert with a smirk on our face.

I believe that my actions may sound unethical and but it’s perfectly aligned with the general values of spiritual beings we call a community, in other words, the simple rule that snitches get stitches. While I’m committed to fair practices and believe in providing opportunities for real fans.

I understand that some may have different perspectives on this matter. However, I hope that this statement clarifies my intentions and helps to dispel any misunderstandings. Let me reiterate, I didn’t scalp the tickets for a profit, I only got scammed and sold the tickets for a loss, only because I took on the task to do the impossible.

I broke the mold. I became the nail that stuck out and refused to go back in line because I have the truth, and I’m in the right. So, you can cry all you want, and file all the charges under 318 BNS, and I will show my middle finger while I take my rightful place at ivory tower.

And file charges

Section 12: This section prohibits unfair trade practices, including deceptive advertising, misleading representations, and the refusal to sell goods or services to consumers.

Section 18: This section deals with the rights of consumers, including the right to be protected against unfair trade practices.

Section 25: This section provides for consumer redressal forums, which can hear complaints from consumers against businesses under COPRA.

BMS and their bought out media houses is also going to get slapped by BNS under section:

  • Section 356: This section of the BNS states that anyone who prints or engraves defamatory material can be punished with up to two years in prison, a fine, or both.
  • Exceptions to defamation: The BNS includes exceptions to defamation, such as when an imputation is made in good faith to protect the interests of the person making the imputation or the public good.

The BNS also includes new provisions related to inciting religious and communal disharmony. The BNS uses the terms “electronic means” and “electronic communication” to cover content on social media and other digital platforms.

Let’s see which holds water. My hands are clean. All of you got filthy hands.

Thank you for your understanding, this wasn’t personal, just plain old, cold cold business. Where the real shall survive.
